What’s better than a sweet and savory bite of pumpkin spice goodness? Not much, I tell you. It’s fall, y’all! All the pumpkins and winter squash are at the market. We even had just a bit of cooler weather this past week! Not enough cool weather to deter daily flip-flops {big smile} …but it was cooler and less humid, which was nice. So as we finally starting cooling off just a bit here in Florida, I present this easy and oh-so-yummy Pumpkin Spice Bread Pudding. Drumroll……..my favorite fall dessert so far. Love pumpkin spice. Love the pecans and raisins, Love the fact that I can douse this with ice cream, and it tastes even better.
